East Kazakhstan regional fund on support of needy citizens

She was born on the 25th of June, 1938 in Bolshaya Shelkovka village, Altay territory. Has higher education. Graduated the Kazakh state University after Kirov, by profession - historian. Higher party school, management.
Worked as teacher of history and social science, head of the propaganda and agitation department of Ziryanovsk city party committee, first secretary of Ulbinski rayon party committee of Ust-Kamenogorsk, deputy chairman of executive committee of Council of People's Deputies of the East Kazakhstan region, deputy head of administration of the East-Kazakhstan region.

Since January 1, 1998 - executive director of the Eastern Kazakhstan regional fund on support of needy citizens.

Direction of activity:

• Accumulation of financial assets, and other property granted in the form of voluntary donation and humanitarian help;
• Loan operations: granting of microcredits in the monetary form;
• Investment of production (services) on the basis of contractual activity for creation of additional workplaces to needy citizens;
• Realization of representation of the National fund in the region.
• Interaction with Akimats of all levels, divisions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National fund concerning support of needy citizens;
• Organization of charitable actions for needy citizens support, granting of material and financial assistance, rendering of services to them;
• Organization of charitable evenings, marathons, teleactions and other measures for increase of financial assets;

Categories of unemployeds of able-bodied age of needy citizens financed by the fund:

• Large families.
• Invalids of 1,2,3 groups.
• Incomplete large families.
• Mothers of the single.
• Orphans.

The East Kazakhstan regional fund on support of needy citizens has the special status among public organizations. It was created by Governmental order RК according to the Decree of the President of the country from December 10, 1997.
Its main purpose is to support of needy citizens, basically through microcrediting, participation in realization of local programs of struggle with poverty.
For 8 years the fund showed that the purpose is great, and the way of the decision is simple and wise.
Only our regional fund gave 2400 microcredits for these years to the sum more than 64 million thus opened 3000 workplaces.
For this time fund rendered free aid directly from the means of the fund. 50 thousand persons received the natural help.
