Operating staff consists of 350 persons, including six doctors, 44 medical sisters, 174 nurses.

  Zimovyevski psychoneurological hostel of invalids on 100 beds. It was established in October, 1951. It is located in Zimovye village of Glubokovski rayon of the East Kazakhstan region, situated in two buildings of barrack-like type.

The hostel for mentally retarded children is a medico-social institution established for constant residing of children requiring in leaving, household and health services, and also in socio-labor adaptation.
Children aged 4-16 years with anomalies of intellectual and physical development and also children, suffering from mental diseases, requiring in treatment, services, medical aid are accepted in the hostel according to the Instruction "On medical indications and contra-indications to reception in hostels" irrespective of presence of close relatives obliged to support them according to the legislation.

    Regional rehabilitation center for children with infantile cerebral paralysis and musculoskeletal system infringements. Children rehabilitation centre was opened on June 1, 1994 on the basis of children's preschool establishment. The rehabilitation Center is a kindergarten-school where the principle of merge of education and training with treatment is a basis of rehabilitation process. For 10 years the quantity of children in the Center has increased from 40 up to 120. Students’ age 3-15 years. Children with various degrees of musculoskeletal system infringements are brought up in the Center. For each child the individual program of rehabilitation is chosen. Training-educational programs are based on typical programs of comprehensive school and kindergarten.
