About the head

Baktiyarova Almira Kenesovna - head of domestic policy administration

She was born on May 19, 1961 in Tochka village of Ulanski rayon of the East Kazakhstan regin, Kazakh by nationality.
In 1983 graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk pedagogical institute on speciality - teacher of history and social science, methodologist on educational work.
She started her labour activity as a teacher of history in boarding school after Dzhambul in Ust-Kamenogorsk city. Has a wide experience of teaching and educational and methodical work in Komsomol organs.
1993-1997 - head of department on languages of the East Kazakhstan regional administration.
1997-1998 - chairman of East Kazakhstan regional children's fund "Balbobek".
More than ten years work in sphere of domestic policy of regional and city levels. From 2006 till 2008 headed domestic policy department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
Since September, 2008 – head of Ust-Kamenogorsk city akim.
On April 13, 2009 was appointed head of domestic policy administration of the East Kazakhstan region.

The department of domestic policy is created by the decision of the region Akim N1101 from August 16, 2001. "On department of domestic policy"
Primary goals:

• Provision and consolidation of domestic political stability in the region;
• Organization of carrying out of a complex of information-explanatory work among the population on propaganda of practical realization of positions of Strategy
• Kazakhstan - 2030", annual Messages of the President of the country, priorities of the state domestic policy;
• Strengthening of constructive interaction with public associations;
• Regulation of activity of executive authorities concerning realization of the state youth policy, interaction with the nongovernmental organizations. Their
• involving in the decision of socially significant problems of the region;
• Organization of work concerning the state information policy;
• Development of practical recommendations in the sphere of domestic policy, offers on consolidation of the society and strengthening of domestic political stability;
• Studying, generalization and analysis of political processes occurring in the region and tendencies of their development;
