Public Institution "Department of finance of the Eastern Kazakhstan" is an executive authority financed from the local budget, empowered to function as a local agency in the sphere of budget implementation, regional municipal property;

Head - Kurmangaliyev Aytmukhambet Almadiyevich

Was born 22.10.1947, has higher education, graduated the Alma-Ati institute of national economy in 1970 by profession "finance and credit". Labour activity started after graduation of the institute in August, 1970 as controller-auditor of organizational-instructor department KRU of the Finance Ministry of Kazakh SSR on the Eastern Kazakhstan, and since January, 1976 head of this department. Since June, 1979 worked as deputy head - head of budgetary department of the East Kazakhstan regional financial department, since November, 1988 - deputy head - head of budgetary department of the East Kazakhstan regional finance administration.

In March, 1990 was appointed head of social security department of executive committee of the East Kazakhstan regional Council of People's Deputies. From April, 1992 worked as head of the East Kazakhstan regional finance administration of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since December, 1999 was appointed head of finance administration of the East Kazakhstan region. In January, 2005, after reorganization of "Finance administration of the East Kazakhstan region" by merge with "Communal property administration of the East Kazakhstan region" into "Department of finance of the East Kazakhstan region", was appointed director of again formed official body.

Kurmangaliyev A.A. possesses a high professional skills, and also skills of collective management and high competence in solving of questions of pressing questions. Has a wide outlook, erudite person, always well informed of political, economic, international and cultural events. The big attention pays to physical training and sports, strengthening of health. The department of finance several times took prize-winning places in Games among civil servants.

Direction of activity: regional budget implementation, coordination of the regional budget implementation, management of the regional communal property; financing of 216 official bodies, financing of 397 state enterprises; conducting of budgetary programs of reserve of local regional Akimat on urgent expenses and extreme reserve for liquidation of extreme situations of natural and technogenic character; service of debts of the regional Akimat; conducting of the budgetary program "official transfers" by the regional and city budgets.
