COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATION OF LAND RESOURCES

   Legislation

Work of the committee is conducted according to the work plan approved by the head of the institution. The administration prepares the offers on granting and withdrawal of the lands, prepares the decisions of the regional Akimat on granting the right of land tenure, develops the mechanism of withdrawal of lands used with infringement of the legislation, considers the assignments and letters of the regional Akimat.

The department of land use planning and forecasting conducts the analysis of the city, regional programs of rational use of lands of agricultural purpose for 2005-2007, conducts the preliminary work on inventory of broken lands, on involving in agricultural circle pledged and abandoned lands, considers the assignments of the regional Akimat.

The committee develops the project of the decision on establishment of limiting (maximal) sizes of lands which can be in private property of citizens of the East-Kazakhstan region (table 1), approved by the joint decision of the East-Kazakhstan regional Akimat from May 30, 2005 № 206 and the decision of the East-Kazakhstan regional Maslikhat from May 31, 2005 № 11/166-111.
