Head of the East Kazakhstan branch - deputy head of Irtysh ecology department - chief state ecological inspector on the East Kazakhstan region - Kalmykov Almaz Amangeldievich

Kalmykov Almaz Amangeldievich was born on February 22, 1978 in Urjar settlement of Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh by nationality, has higher education.

In 1994 entered and in 1999 graduated from the International higher college of economy and humanities of the East Kazakhstan state university on speciality «Economy and management» with giving qualification of economist, expert on management.
In 1999 entered and in 2002 graduated from the University in Dallas city (Texas State, USA) with giving academic Master’s degree of Business Administration.
From July, 2002 till October, 2004 worked in Ust-Kamenogorsk city in "Khoztovary" JSC as manager, vice-president.
From October, 2004 - director of "Irtyshtrans" JSC.
From July, 2006 - deputy head for cargo and commercial work of Zashity subdivision «Kazakhstan temir zholy» JSC.
Ffrom March, 2007 - director of "Irtyshtrans" JSC.
From July, 2007 - leading expert of department of information, economic analysis and budgetary programs of PI «Department of economy and budget planning on EKR».
From November, 2007 - head of estimated-technical department of PI «Construction Department of EKR».
In June, 2008 he was appointed deputy head of Irtysh ecology department - Chief state ecological inspector on the East Kazakhstan region.

Official duties of head EK branch:

1. Control for observance of requirements of ecological legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Approval of acts on assignment of check, annual plan - schedule of checks of the state ecological inspection on EKR, according to article 121 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Informing of law machinery of the facts of of ecological legislation RK infringement which contain penal act.
4. Interaction with other state organs, and also physical and legal persons concerning provision of observance of the ecological legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Not admission of infringement cases of Laws RK «On struggle against corruption», «On public service», the Decree of the President RK «On additional measures on strengthening of struggle against criminality and corruption and further perfection of law-enforcement activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan».

Directions of activity EK branch of Irtysh ecology department:

1. Carrying out of state policy in the area of environment preservation at territorial level.
2. Provision of the state control for environment and natural resources preservation, observance of environmental legislation, acts, environmental requirements.
3. Coordination of regional nature protection programs and schedules, actions on environment preservation.
4. Organization of gathering and distribution of environmental information and development of education system in the area of environment preservation.
5. Interaction and cooperation with public associations in the area of environment preservation.
