For 2010 the budget of social sphere of the East Kazakhstan region stipulated means to the sum of 82,94 billion tenge, as of March, 1 - 12,9 billion tenge is mastered, or 15,5 % from the annual plan, including: - on functional group “Education” for 2010 the budget made up 43,04 billion tenge, for 2 months 5,6 billion tenge is mastered or 13 % from the annual plan.
- On functional group “Public health” the budget made up 25,3 billion tenge, 5,4 billion tenge is mastered or 21,4 % from the annual plan.
- On functional group “Social help and social security” for 2010 it’s stipulated means to the sum of 8,95 billion tenge, 1,1 billion tenge is mastered or 12,1 % from the annual plan.
- On functional group “Culture, sport, tourism and information space” at the plan for 2010 5,65 billion tenge, it is mastered 0,8 billion tenge or 15 %.
