We remind you, that the East Kazakhstan branch of the National union of businessmen and employers of Kazakhstan «Atameken» renders the following services:

However in conditions of escalating competition on domestic and, first of all, world markets of strategic value the questions of business competitiveness are of great importance before. So that the Union “Atameken” pay attention to the following:
- the state should create such organizational-legal forms which would stimulate the increase of investment in innovative-industrial sector - for example, due to the change of fiscal policy, basic updating of preparation system and retraining of the professional staff from means of the budget;
- one of priorities of the state policy should become the formation in all regions of the country powerful intellectual business infrastructure, leading place in which should take public associations of businessmen;
- it is necessary to develop the mechanism of meaningful dialogue organization of authority and business at active participation of public associations of businessmen. Within the realization of tactical operations the Union "Atameken" provides the development and realization of the program of measures promoting:
- consolidation of business-community for solution of problems of legal, economic and social character;
- formation of competitiveness domestic business;
- organization of meaningful dialogue of business and authority;
- increase of role of public organizations of businessmen in making of administrative solutions on all levels of the government concerning formation and development of business.

Lawyer - Butrin Denis Andreyevich East Kazakhstan branch «Atameken» takes active part in charitable actions.
So, to the 60th anniversary of the World War II the businessmen of the region rendered the veterans material assistance, conducted the festive arrangements (receptions, dinners, excursions on enterprises).
Besides, «Atameken» transferred the cash means on the account of the republican veteran organization. «Atameken» cares of children.
Being an initiator together with businessmen of the region, «Atameken» conducts the means gathering for children house “Umit”. Due to the means the lot improvement of new building would be organized, equipments purchased for computer class, libraries, sewing workshop, trainer hall, laundry.
Children got the film projector, musical instruments. On the whole the cost of works and purchasing of new equipments made up about ten million tenge.
Besides, the kindergarten on 100 children is financed. In addition to the current charges it is planned to put up additional six million tenge for its development. On 23rd of June the branch of OSPRK «Atameken» conducted the action together with the Department of Tax control on VKO
Its participators are deputy director of the branch, head of the Administration of tax incomes of the Finance Ministry of RK, deputy head of the Department of Tax control on VKO, members of advisory council on tax policy, tax brokers, businessmen of the region signed the memorandum on simplifying of tax procedures and creation of favorable conditions for participators of foreign-economic activity. On 24th of June the Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev visited the Eastern Kazakhstan.
In course of the tour the meeting with members of the Union «Atameken», leading businessmen of the region took place, as well as the opening of cars production of the firm “Scoda” at the assembly plant “Asia Auto”. |
