Electronic digital signature (EDS) can be received in representations of the National certifying center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located in Electronic Services Centres (ESC) to the address: 38a Belinsky St., and 20/1 Satpayev St., Ust-Kamenogorsk city. And also it is possible to fill in an application for EDS reception on the site www.pki.gov.kz.
